Can someone please answer my question under cooking and recipes so I can select a best answer?

Hey I do not want to be penalised for not choosing a best answer but there is none to choose ;(Can someone please answer my question under cooking and recipes so I can select a best answer?
that stinks, I hate it when you really need an answer and there's none out there. Happened to me a couple of times, I guess I was too specific. =)Can someone please answer my question under cooking and recipes so I can select a best answer?

Easy as pie! (or shall i say Easy as Cake?)





2 cans lite fruit


2 sticks butter sliced


1 box of yellow cake mix





turn oven on and preheat to 350 degrees.





Open and pour 2 cans of fruit in the bottom of a baking pan (with liquid). Pour DRY cake mix on top of the fruit. Top with sliced butter- evenly spaced.





Toss in oven, wait until it is brown and bubbly and remove!!





There- now didnt i say that was easy??
Cantaloupe Bread





You should try this recipe. It鈥檚 pretty good.





* 3 eggs


* 1 cup vegetable oil


* 2 cups white sugar


* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


* 2 cups cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and pureed


* 3 cups all-purpose flour


* 1 teaspoon salt


* 1 teaspoon baking soda


* 3/4 teaspoon baking powder


* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

* 1/2 cup butter


* 1 2/3 cups brown sugar


* 1/2 cup chopped pecans





1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.


2. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable, sugar, vanilla and cantaloupe. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger. Stir flour mixture into cantaloupe mixture; stir to combine. Pour batter into prepared pans.


3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean. Meanwhile, combine margarine and brown sugar. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals; mix in pecans. Pour sauce over warm bread. Let cool for 1 hour before serving.

Penne alla Vodka...Serves 4-6





Put water on the stove before!





Ingreditents:


3 Tablespoons butter


3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped


2 oz thinly liced Prosciutto, cut into thin strips


1 28oz to 35oz can Italian peeled tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped


1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


1/2 cup heavy cream


1/4 cup vodka


Salt


1 pound of Penne pasta


1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese





In a skille tlarge enough for pasta, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic until golden, stir in prosciutto and cook for 1 min





Add tomatoes, crushed red pepper and simmer for 5 minutes


Stir in cream and cook stirring very well for bout 2 minutes, add the vodka and stir for another 2





Add pasta, try to save some of the boiling water incase sauce gets too thick, Ok Toss around till pasta is covered, add in the chesse and toss well. SERVE ASAP!

If you are referring to the tinned black beans I would think any market with a caribean or indies section would carry them.
