My family's favorite dessert recipe!!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup

3/4 cup peanut butter

19 ice cream sandwiches

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 cup salted peanuts

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour the chocolate syrup into a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave 2 minutes on high. Do not allow to boil. Stir peanut butter into hot chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.

2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches. Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches. Spoon half the chocolate mixture over that. Top with half the peanuts. Repeat layers. Freeze until firm, 1 hour. Cut into squares to serve.Whats your favorite cooking recipes?
I love cheese and potato pie with thinly sliced onion, served with tin tomatoes.

*****

I sometimes make my own curry with mushrooms, peppers and onion, and of course curry powder or if you prefer curry sauce. Then rice to serve.

*****

Italian made macaroni is nice.

Firstly I put a few table spoons of olive oil in a large frying pan, some tomato pure - fry it for about a minute stirring it; then add some water.

Then put it in a saucepan.

Get some mince meat to make some meat balls.

You can mix it first in a bowl add one egg, mixed herb or spice garlic.

Put some flower on a wooden board and roll meat into small balls. Dipping them into the flower, this keeps them together better. And tastes good.

Fry the meat balls in a frying pan using olive oil. Once they are browned a bit add them to the sauce in the saucepan. Sprinkle in some salt and black pepper.

And cook the macaroni in another saucepan; add some salt maybe a tea spoon full or bit more.

Once cooked that usually takes up to half hour because I always prefer to cook food slowly on low heat just so it doesn't boil over.

Occasionally giving it a stir if need be.

The sauce will need stirring the most.

Then make apple pie and custard or real cream for pudding.

Delicious!!!
