check out this site for more info.Does anyone know if Australian cup sizes (for recipes/cooking) are the same as Americas?
American cooks use standard containers. The easiest way to deal with cup measurements is to take the amount by volume rather than weight.
1 cup US =240ml =8fl.oz. 1tbsp.US = 1/2 oz. = 15 gms.
