Not too fancy of ingredients please..What are some quick/easy cooking recipes for college students?
One word....Ramen!What are some quick/easy cooking recipes for college students?
There are tons of cookbooks you can purchase that are specifically designed for college folks. A quick and tasty dish that I loved to prepare back in college (and I still do during busy weeks) is this:

Cut chicken breast meat in thin pieces, slice some mushrooms, thinly cut or even grade some carrot, and chop a sweet bell pepper (yellow, orange, or red). Season the chicken with salt, pepper and thyme and saute on medium heat. Throw in the mushrooms and carrots and cook until slightly soft. Time it well, so you wouldn't overcook your chicken. Taste this mix and add salt and pepper if needed. After they're all cooked, toss this mix with some udon noodles, freshly chopped parsley, fresh graded carrots, and bean sprouts. Drizzle a tiny bit of sesame oil and lemon juice on top. Bon appetite!

Oh, and don't forget to cook the noodles before tossing in the other ingredients!
